Leo Purman is a cinematographer and photographer who specializes in incorporating abstract and expressive visuals with narrative and commercial contexts. Be it still, motion, or new media, Leo believes that creativity comes from a willingness to learn and to give. His goal is to learn through creative endeavors, and give back that learning through work that others can experience, enjoy, and critique.
Leo is a graduate of NYU’s Photography and imaging program as well as The American Film Institute’s Masters program in Cinematography. He creates in Los Angeles and New York, but feels most at home, outside.
